Digital Resource Licensing Agreement

By purchasing and downloading digital resources from Bethany Tippin, you hereby agree to the following terms of agreement:

All downloaded artwork, digital files, and written content remain the sole property of Bethany Tippin.
Downloading files grants you licensing permission to use the resources for either personal use or ministry purposes, depending on the type of license you purchased. Ministry purposes refer to local contexts, which pertain to the faith community, church, or para-church ministry in which you serve. Please contact us for permissions to utilize resources within a conference, district, or presbytery. Please also contact us for information regarding using these resources for a special event or conference.
Downloads constitute permission for one-time use only. One-time use refers to one specific event, occasion, or liturgical season. You are welcome to use the digital resources multiple times within the confines of one specific event or liturgical season, but please purchase again if utilizing resources for an additional occasion, event, context, or liturgical season.
Sharing purchased art from bethanytippin.com with other parties is against our terms of use. You may not share our resources with other churches or organizations, use our resources in more than one ministry setting, upload digital files where they may be publicly downloaded, or reproduce our resources for profit or monetary gain. You must take all reasonable precautions to protect digital files from being shared outside your organization.

Personal Use

This license covers those who want to display, print, or share Bethany Tippin art or resources for personal use.
For individuals using content from Bethany Tippin at home for personal devotions, study, art, or display, you may:

Print up to 5 copies of any graphic in any size for personal use or to give away as gifts.
Display the graphic digitally on personal devices.
Share images on personal social media at a maximum of 1200 pixels wide.

You may not:

Reproduce content for use within an organization, classroom, or congregation (please purchase a ministry license for those cases).
Sell, share, or redistribute the original digital files.
Use the content on merchandise, prints, or any product offered for sale or trade.

Ministry License

This license covers those who desire to use content from Bethany Tippin in teaching, worship services, children’s ministry, slides, handouts, or internal materials.
For churches, ministries, Bible studies, homeschool co-ops, and other non-profit organizations using the content internally, you may:

Print up to 5 copies of the digital artwork in any size for display in your church, classroom, or organization.
Print up to 100 copies of coloring pages or handouts at letter-size.
Display the digital artwork digitally in presentation software, on screens, in a livestream, or in a sanctuary or worship center.
Use the digital artwork in online publications such as web pages, blog posts, social media, or email newsletters at a maximum of 1200 pixels wide, with attribution. Please use: Images © Bethany Tippin 2026; bethanytippin.com.
Use the digital artwork in internal organization materials like bulletin inserts, study guides, or small-group handouts within the limits above, with attribution.
Use the digital artwork for Visio Divina or other visual meditations.

You may not:

Include the digital artwork in a published resource. This requires an additional publication license, please contact us.
Sell printed copies of the digital artwork.
Use the digital artwork on apparel, on-demand merchandise, or any physical product.
Share, post, or distrusted the original digital file.
Modify, stretch, or crop images, or display text over images.
Incorporate images into a logo, trademark, or service mark.

This is a one-time digital download. You must re-purchase for a new event, occasion, or liturgical season.

Written Resources

Written resources include liturgy, prayers, poems, sermons, curriculum, lessons, practical guides, artist reflections, and blog posts.
You may, with credit:

Quote written resources in a sermon, homily, event, or class.
Utilize liturgy, prayers, or poems in worship services, with adaptations as needed.
Post excerpts on social media.

You may not:

Share the entirety of written pieces or resources on your website or social media.

Free Downloads

Free downloads from bethanytippin.com are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommericial-NDerivatives 4.0 International License (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/). You may not:

Include any content in a published resource.
Sell printed copies.
Use content on apparel, on-demand merchandise, or any physical product.
Share, post, or distribute the original digital file.

Guidelines for Sharing Resources Online

As everyone shares more and more of our lives online, we recognize you will likely want to share our resources online as well. You may:

Share excerpts or photos of a resource or digital artwork in use.
Share links to our website or products.
Share promotional images from the website.

You may not:

Share original digital files.

Custom and Commercial License

Never Permitted

Reselling printed copies of Bethany Tippin digital artwork or resources.
Using content for for-profit on-demand products.
Duplicating digital files onto secondary devices except for backup purposes.
Sharing or seeing original digital files to third parties, or posting them to file-sharing sites.
Using digital artwork on posters or other items for resale, license, or distribution for a profit.
